Eagle Gear & Manufacturing is a family owned and operated manufacturing facility. The company was founded in 1991, originally as Eagle Metal, by Marek and Barbara Tyrka. Since then, EGM has moved to a 10,000 square foot facility in Addison, IL with state of the art quality control and 15 highly trained employees. What began as a small, two-person operation has grown into a well oiled manufacturing facility providing the greater Chicagoland area, as well as customers across the country, with high quality machine parts for nearly 25 years. The employees of EGM are the key success in the company's growth. They are highly skilled and well educated in their craft. With over two centuries of combined experience, EGM employees have the ability to produce consistently high quality gear and machine parts.
