Défi Polyteck was born from the merger of Défi SM, Atelier Polyteck and Défi Récup-air. This important step in the history of adapted companies in Estrie has allowed us to create a work environment adapted to the realities of our employees and to see the birth of a unique living environment. The merger has had a direct effect on our customers in improving the offer, in the services that we can now offer them and in our production capacity.

Our mission is to create quality jobs for people living with different functional limitations, in order to improve their quality of life.

We rely on the training of our employees, a stimulating and innovative work environment, on healthy lifestyles and the environment. Our company is active in its community and welcomes more than fifty students and interns who are far from the labor market every day. The objective is to enable them to develop skills as workers and ultimately to integrate the labor market.
