Growing up, Owner Jadrein Seal's best friend's dad owned a garbage company. As middle schoolers and into high school they would jump on the back of the truck during school breaks to earn money. That turned into a full time job opportunity out of high school, riding on the back of the truck. At 19yrs old he got his CDL and began driving for the same company. Fast forward over 20 years, that opportunity from high school turned into learning how to drive and operate multiple styles of residential garbage trucks, roll off trucks, front load trucks and more! With the years of experience, and ability to get the job done efficiently and also safely, he began training other drivers and helpers on how to do the job the same way!

After moving to East Tennessee, he quickly realized the need for a professional garbage company. A company that would perform at the highest level without sacrificing the customer. A company that would be reliable, friendly and part of its community. With that vision Dynamic Waste Company was formed.
