DW Elite Decks, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Dan Milford. DW Elite Decks holds a Class A license in Kansas. This is the highest license obtainable in residential or commercial construction. The Class A license qualifies DW Elite Decks to construct any type of structure approved by the respective jurisdiction.

What once began a full scale remodeling and home construction company, DW Elite Decks was born from the idea that multi-faceted construction companies were not fine tuned toward a specific trade, and therefore, could never be the absolute best at one art.

With deck and outdoor living construction being his first love and passion, Dan chose to form DW Elite Decks. A business which focuses exclusively on decks and outdoor hardscapes. This allows them to enhance installation details and perfect building methods. Since its insurgence, no other deck company has constructed more decks, received more awards nor maintained the level of craftsmanship and service.

Always an owner at each end of the company. We maintain direct contact with our customers and are available anytime to answer questions or concerns. Dan visits every job site on a daily basis to ensure the project is following contract specifications and meeting our standards.

Many deck builders sub their work out to other contractors. This means the company showing up at your door to perform the work is not the same company you signed a contract with. DW uses In-House Employees to keep our standards high and our quality consistent. We also retain our employees by offering health insurance, holiday and vacation pay

Our services include but are not limited to decks, screened porches, pergolas, outdoor fireplaces, stamped concrete and flagstone.
