Duracell was founded in the 1920s by the scientist/inventor Samuel Ruben and astute businessman Phillip Mallory. Fast forward to the 1960s and Duracell had not only developed it’s iconic name from the shortening of “durable cell”, it also succeeded in being the very first battery on the moon via the Apollo 11 mission. The 1970s may have seen the dawn of some questionable fashion choices for many, but for Duracell it was the inception of the classic black and copper colours and our furry friend the Duracell Bunny.
Duracell Charge is operated by the Duracell licensee PSA Parts Ltd, a leading supplier of batteries, power adapters and chargers within Europe. Looking after a range of over 400 Duracell products across camera and smartphones, batteries, automotive and more, Duracell Charge aims to provide customers with high quality power solutions for your portable devices.
