DSS Recykling was established in 1997 and from the beginning of its activity it has been involved in the transport and processing of glass waste. From the very beginning, we invested in machinery and equipment to improve the quality of the produced glass cullet.

In 2005, our company underwent major changes related to reorganization and investments. Thanks to two new technological lines for the processing of glued flat glass and optical glass separation as well as the modernization of the existing line, DSS Recykling has strengthened its position as the largest recipients of glass waste in Poland. The modern production plant in DÄ…browa Górnicza, built from scratch, has increased our processing capacity thanks to advanced technology. Properly designed infrastructure, state-of-the-art separators installed on the technological line and strict rules of supplier verification result in continuous improvement of quality standards.

Currently, the company operates throughout the country and abroad. DSS Recykling has a branch in Gostynin and glass transfer stations in various regions of Poland.

DSS Recykling deals with the recycling of glass waste in the form of:

• flat construction glass,
• mirrors,
• colored glass,
• glued glass,
• car windows,
• toughened glass.

All recycled glass waste collected by DSS Recycling is reused in the process:

• production of glass melting, as a component of the glass furnace charge,
• production of glass mineral wool used as thermal and acoustic insulation,
• production of foam glass used in construction,
• manufacture of glass grits and balls as additives to reflective paints,
• production of ceramic masses and cleaning pastes.

The company DSS Recykling Sp. z o. o. has been operating since 2003 in accordance with the quality management system according to PN-EN ISO 9001 and the environmental management system according to PN-EN ISO 14001, which is confirmed by the obtained certificates. Currently, the Company cooperates with the largest producers of flat construction and automotive glass in Poland and abroad, and also supplies cullet to producers of reflective paints. DSS Recykling Sp. z o. o. has its own base of specialized means of transport and waste containers with a capacity of 1.5 m ³ to 16 m ³ .
