Domatex is a fabricator and manufacturer of roll-off containers and trailers (see a short movie) located in Houston, Texas. We have been serving the scrap and environmental industries since 1987. Our products are of the highest possible quality. They are built to last and are designed to withstand the years. During the fabrication process, The products are closely inspected and go through a rigorous testing process.

Domatex was founded in 1987 by Danny Doron who is a second-generation metal fabricator and manufacturer. From it's humble beginning in a small facilities in the Houston's Heights area, Domatex grew very fast and became known for its quality products and excellent customer service. 

Today, Domatex calls a 37,500 sq ft facility its home. It has almost 3 acres surrounding the facility, used for inventory of containers, trailers and hoppers. The facility is conveniently located next to all major highways surrounding Houston. To see a map of our location click here.

The meaning of our name: 'Doma' means home in Latin and 'Tex' stands for Texas.

Roll Off Containers

Domatex containers are designed and built like no other containers in the industry. Domatex containers are built in three separate stages.

• The container floor is built as a sub-assembly. The floor is press-fitted to eliminate any gaps during welding. The floor is welded using high-strength deep-penetration welding rods. This procedure ensures the longevity of the container floor.
• The container walls are constructed in a similar way by press-fitting the wall posts to the wall sheet. Typically, our walls are constructed using a 6x3.5x5/16 top angle. This innovative design by Domatex guarantees that if the wall is struck on the top angle, the wall will maintain it's structural integrity. In addition, the top angle is solid welded to the wall sheet at the rim. Also each post on the wall is continuously welded to the wall sheet. This method leaves no gaps for cracks to propagate along the post.
• The container door frame is constructed with 45 degree corners. This ensures that the door frame will endure strenuous working conditions. This procedure prolongs the integrity of the door. The Domatex door is secured to the container with heavy duty hinges. The hinge itself is constructed with an inch and a half double extra heavy pipe utilizing a one inch solid bar as the pinion. The hinges secure to the container with a 4x1 solid flat bar.

Roll Off Trailers

During the past eight years, we at Domatex manufacturing have noticed an increased demand for such a trailer as an instrumental tool in the container hauling industry. Bringing our 20 years of experience in manufacturing various trailers and containers in the recycling industry, we have developed our own Heavy Duty Roll-Off Gooseneck Trailer.

• There are three models, the GN-20, GN-30 and GN-40. The GN-20 has a load capacity of 20,000 lbs, and is nominally suited for a standard one ton pick-up.
• The GN-30 and 40, have a capacity of 26,000 lbs and 32,000 lbs respectively (Container and load), and are recommended for use in conjunction with either a two or five ton truck. The attached specifications sheet contains the details of these trailers.
• In addition to our Gooseneck Roll Off trailers, we have our standard 36 foot roll off trailer and include it in our line of superior quality trailers. With a carrying capacity of over 45,000 lbs (22? TONS) and an optional 46 HP 3 cylinder diesel engine, this can be configured to best take advantage of your companies opportunities.
