D&M Plastics Inc. is a rotational moulding and manufacturing facility located in Lacombe, Alberta, Canada. Our central location on the # 2 highway corridor between the two largest cities in our province, Edmonton and Calgary, allows us easy access to our markets in all directions. We serve a broad range of customers involved in municipal operations, oil patch, industry, institutions, and agriculture. We also serve custom and OEM clients and take pride in our involvement with their success.
Our moulding operation began in early 1988 when D&M Concrete Products Ltd. of Lacombe acquired the assets of a Lethbridge Alberta based company that had assets in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The moulding facilities from both these locations were moved to Lacombe, the first producing in February of 1988 and the second joining soon after in May of that year. That marked the beginning of D&M Plastics (a division of D&M Concrete Products Ltd.)
In December of 1994 D&M Plastics Inc. was born when David May and Mark Nicholas, both involved in the initial plant set up and operations in Lacombe, Mark as Plant Manager in charge of Operations and David as Accountant and Chief Financial Adviser, purchased the plastics division (D&M Plastics) of D&M Concrete Products Ltd.
