We engineer, design, manufacture, and prove out the tooling in our 10,000 square foot facility, located in Warren Michigan. High accuracy is achieved in our manufacturing process. Each roll is precisely ground and CNC finished after heat treating. We inspect dimensionally and use production drawings ten times scale to ensure roll profiles.
