The Go-To Team for All Your Construction Services Needs

Desert Services began as Desert Spray, the ultimate water truck company, over 20 years ago. Founded by four partners it was a simple idea to provide water trucks with drivers to service the dust control needs of construction companies throughout the greater Phoenix area. Starting with only two trucks, the need to add more was soon evident. By the end of its first year, Desert Spray had grown to four trucks. Soon after the company was founded, the partners decided to pursue other opportunities, and the company began to falter. It was soon offered up for sale. Michael Lanning, the current owner, purchased the struggling company in January 2003. Mike has an extensive background in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, managing several Fortune 100 companies. He decided to pursue a different career that would allow him to stay in the Phoenix area and raise his family.

After purchasing Desert Spray, the great opportunities that exist in the construction site services market became evident. Later that year, a name change to better reflect the nature and new direction of the business was needed. Desert Services, like a phoenix, rose from the ashes.
