Deniz Metal Döküm, which started its activities in Istanbul in 1990 , produces zamak ingots, lead ingots, zinc ingots and special alloy ingots , mainly secondary aluminum ingots from aluminum scrap recycling .

With the investments it has made in recent years, its modern facility operating on an open area of ​​6000 m² and a closed area of ​​3000 m² has reached an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.

First-class aluminum scraps procured from Turkey and various countries of the world are meticulously classified and sorted by qualified and experienced personnel in the sorting department and taken into the production process.

The scraps classified according to the required alloys are processed in the reverberator and rotary kilns in the recycling facility and processed according to the requested standard and special alloys.
