What started out more than 30 years ago as a groundwork company , has grown under the impulse of the Degenootle - Vandenbuverie family into a multidisciplinary group with approximately 130 employees, in which personal contact with both employees and customers is highly valued.

The latest machines , the latest techniques as well as highly skilled employees at all levels form the basis for the approach that the group can offer you when realizing your construction projects. In addition to the daily production of ready-mixed concrete and other hydraulically bound mixtures at the Desselgem and Harelbeke sites, the companies also focus on sustainable, socially and ecologically responsible business.

Witness to this are the unloading quays that are being used at both sites. They offer the possibility to transfer and store materials via the waterway fully automatically , both in supply and discharge . In this way thousands of freight journeys by road are avoided . The R&D department within Degetec is also constantly working to reduce the ecological footprint as much as possible. Eco2Polycon, where the traditional binder (cement) is replaced by another patented binder with a significantly lower CO2 balance, is a good example of this.
