Danish Machine Purchase and Decommissioning was established in March 2010 by Ture Jacobsen. He is the former owner of Dansk Genbrug Esbjerg and grew up in the industry. Ture Jacobsen has over 45 years of professional experience in the recycling/iron and metal sector.
The company started as a small business with 3 employees, with the aim of buying and selling used machines, as well as handling scrap metal for recycling.
During the summer of 2010, the company grew so strongly that the possibility of acquisition arose. Dansk Maskinopkøb og Nedbrydning acquired another demolition company in southern Jutland, which was a former business partner. This major expansion has meant that the company currently employs up to 15 employees.
In 2010, trading started with various machines, trucks, cars and metal fractions.
In 2010, a breakdown department was established.
Danish Machine Purchase and Decommissioning today handles considerably large quantities of scrap for recycling in Denmark, Germany and Sweden as well. We handle all types of demolition, clearing, removal and cutting of machinery and industrial plants.
