From its beginning in 1949, DANCO Precision has been a quality oriented, price competitive innovator in the manufacture of laminations and stacked cores as small as .250” or as large as 48”, from several ounces up to hundreds of pounds, from small prototype quantities to production runs in the millions. However, it is our experience and expertise that truly sets us apart. Over half of our employees, from all areas of the company, have been with us for over 20 years, providing our customers with an understanding of their wants and needs that goes beyond engineering drawings and specifications.
While DANCO often runs and maintains customer-supplied tooling, we also design and manufacture many types of lamination tooling ranging from prototype and notch-type up to high-production carbide progressive dies.
As aerospace industry demand for high-performance electrical alloys has grown, DANCO has kept pace with its annealing department and materials test lab, where we check core loss, permeability and mechanical properties of cobalt-iron grades.
Located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia, DANCO’s 65,000 square foot facility is near major airports, railroads, and interstate highways, making it readily accessible for customer visits and timely deliveries.
