Daanen BV was founded in 1983 by Nol Daanen. Before that, Nol worked for many years as a driver for Van Summeren from Nijmegen. When he was looking for a successor to take over the management of his company, father and son Daanen, Nol and Eef seized this opportunity with both hands. Daanen Altforst BV was born.

At the time, the company was located in Altforst and initially the work consisted solely of supplying clay to brick factories. This was done with one old truck, which Nol and Eef called 'hetblauwke'.

Gradually more, and more diverse, work came. Investments were made in a more modern truck and in 1985 the first crane was purchased. This expansion of the equipment was accompanied by the hiring of the first member of staff. In 1990, the youngest member of the Daanen family, Ronald, also joined the family business.

Since 2005, the company has also been involved in crushing stone rubble. The company grew steadily and in 2005 we moved to the Melkweg in Dreumel. Here we also have the opportunity to sell sand and gravel to private individuals and here we provide a recycling center twice a week.

Eight people now work full-time at Daanen Altforst BV and the company has a number of trucks, cranes, shovels and rubble crushers. These are listed under the heading 'equipment' . Because we have various equipment and expert staff, we are convinced that we can carry out every job carefully and expertly.
