The Custom Built Plastic Pallets Story

Jifram Extrusions was shipping extrusions to customers all over the U.S. using standard wood pallets “strapped” together. However, the wooden pallets did not maintain structural integrity, product incurred some damage, and the pallet configuration did not allow the company to efficiently cube out a truck. It was time for a change.

Recycled Plastic Pallets

Jifram’s innovators decided to produce plastic pallets from recycled extruded plastic that perfectly fit the size of the product. They quickly recognized it as a superior shipping method. Plastic pallets last for years of repeated use and can be made in any quantity without expensive tooling. Word spread, and customers began asking us to build plastic pallets for their specialized needs. Custom Built Plastic Pallets was born.

We are a family-owned, privately held American company. We manufacture our pallets in the U.S. at our Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin facility. We will custom design, engineer and build any size plastic pallet — no pallet is too big or too small — and we guarantee the perfect fit!
