CSI Contractors Inc., is a locally owned General Engineering Contracting firm who specializes in turn-key prefabricated building construction. We can facilitate a project from the preliminary stages and see it through construction completion. We pride ourselves on providing a quality project at a competitive rate. We have been in the construction industry for over two decades and are very versatile on the projects we can accomplish.

From its inception, CSI has adopted a philopphy of honesty, integrity, and customer service that has set us apart from the norm. Established in 1999, CSI has successfully completed and delievered over 360 projects with an over-all value of more that 62 million dollars.

Company History

CSI Contractors started from humble beginnings and the dreams of two people, Ron & Cara Paulk. In 1999, Ron lefthis job as a construction supervisor and began building a new company. Soon joined by his wife Cara, they set out to create a construction company that minimized the reliance of sub-contract labor and services. The company officially incorporated in January 2004 to become CSI Contractors, Inc.

In 2002 CSI Contractors formed an alliance with HCI Steel Buildings. This proved to be a strategic move for both companies, as CSI Contractors soon became HCI Steel's number one builder. From that time to the present, CSI Contractors has remained HCI Steel's top seller and authorized builder of steel buildings.

Ron and Cara's dream of maintaining a full service turn-key construction company has been realized, and now CSI now employs over 40 craftsmen. CSI craftsmen complete nearly all phases of construction in-house, including preliminary engineering. This structure allows CSI Contractors to control costs, quality and scheduling. Customers like the convenience that they can come to one person when they have questions or concerns about their projects.

Both Ron and Cara are excited about the future of CSI Contractors, and of the successes to come.
