Crossworld Awning Company was founded in Cleveland’s Slavic Village neighborhood, as Like New Awning Refinishers in 1957. Initially, the focus of the business was repainting aluminum awnings to make them look “like new.”

As the business grew, the Company began selling new aluminum awnings and then branched into the fabric awning business. Later, the company became a dealer for a number of retractable awning manufacturers.

As time went on, some customers associated the company name with selling only used awnings, thus came the name change in 1997 to Crossworld Awning Company. The company relocated to Parma in 2005 with a modern showroom where customers can see our products before they buy.

We have expanded our product line to include solar shades, pergola covers, drop roller shades, aluminum railing, interior and exterior shutters and interior blinds.Today, nearly 60 years later, Crossworld Awning Company is a full line shade products manufacturer and dealer. We have our own sewing operation and employ our own installers with many years of experience. We do not use subcontractors. We offer free, in home estimates, and there is never any high pressure.
