Billy and Leigh are the Owners/Operators of Cowboy Dumpster Rentals. They reside in Midlothian with their two daughters Kinsley and Peyton, and are expecting their third (and final!) child in July, 2020.

They are members of the Midlothian Bible Church. Leigh has a Masters of Education Degree in School Counseling from Texas A&M-Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from Baylor University. She is currently a school counselor at Midlothian High School.

Billy has his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Tyler. He is a former Special Education Teacher and Coach. He currently oversees the day to day operations of the business.
