The COSMARI Group has been active in the environmental sector for over forty years.

At an organizational level, the tool used is the Network Contract, signed pursuant to Law no. of 30 July 2010. 122.

The network was born from the idea of ​​merging into a single legal entity the different but complementary experiences gained over the years by the companies that compose it: Refecta srl, Cosmari Gestioni Ambientali srl , Industrial & Service Società Cooperativa. The aim pursued is to increase individual productivity through the exchange of resources, information and skills such as to make the group more competitive in the environmental sector.

The decision to bring our companies together in the form of a network contract also arose from the customer's need, now widely widespread on the market, to identify a single interlocutor capable of providing a wide range of services throughout the national territory.

The network contract has represented an effective tool for our group to increase the organizational resilience of the network operators who, by adapting to continuous changes, are able to continue the set objectives while reducing the risks through an operational continuity strategy, Business Continuity .
