The foundations of the Confederation of Recyclers were laid in 2011 with the establishment of the Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Association. It was gathered under the umbrella of the Confederation of Recyclers in 2013.

Confederation, with its associations; It addresses a sector in which more than 500,000 people are employed, with its member collectors, transporters, warehousers, and return facilities. Our members start recycling with sorting; produces plastic, paper and precious metal wastes, raw materials that will form intermediate goods in recycling factories.
Our confederation is the only company in the sector to supply zinc, copper, aluminum, lead, iron and steel scrap. We fulfill our responsibility by making positive contributions to nature and fighting against climate change in order to leave a livable world to future generations with our work on recycling.
As the Confederation of Recyclers, we consider it indispensable to expand the chain of collectors, suppliers and reprocessing facilities in a planned manner.
Waste collectors under one roof; We want to ensure that they are organized in healthy, safe environments, in a way that is appropriate for the society. We recommend that recycling facilities operate with a license, in accordance with EU harmonization laws.
