Founder’s Statement

We aim to bring a feeling of certainty to those in need of emergency cleaning, decontamination, restoration and reactive property maintenance.
I can say with sincerity that we put clients front and centre of what we do. Our empathy for their situation is real. We listen intently to their needs. We understand their challenges so that we quickly formulate a solution that works for them. We employ operatives, tradespeople and engineers who are as considerate and kind as they are skilled at their trade.

I'm excited for 2022 for many reasons, not least of all because it will see us further expand our operations around our customers' needs. From being primarily an emergency solutions provider we're extending our services to include pre-planned maintenance programmes helping, where possible, to reduce a client's need for reactive, emergency works.

What we do isn't not rocket-science, yet many of our national competitors fail to deliver on their promises, our point of difference is that we genuinely care. By looking after our clients and their assets we'll continue to make a positive difference to their 'everyday'.
