Commexim Group as was founded in 2004 as a limited liability company. Since the beginning of our existence, we have specialized in the trade
of ferroalloys and non-ferrous metals for foundries and steel mills worldwide. A year later, we expanded our product range with additional raw materials for the metallurgical industry. In 2007, Commexim Group as was transformed into a joint-stock company. In connection with this transfer, we significantly increased the company's share capital.
