CNY Resource Recovery Inc. offers metal recycling and commercial paper collection. Our indoor facility makes it easy for customers to drop off recyclable waste of all sizes and make a little money at the same time. Our customers are as small as charity groups collecting can tabs or as large as Fortune 500 companies. We also serve everyone in between, including mid-size print shops and auto dismantlers.

CNY Resource Recovery Inc. started in 1996 with the acquisition of Elman Recycling Inc. Elman had been in business for 47 years before CNY. Since the acquisitions, revenue and volume have increased fivefold, and operations are consolidated from two locations to one secure, indoor recycling center in a 40,000-square foot space.

All operations are kept indoors, and we are still one of the only facilities like this. Indoor operations mean more secure operations, for our employees and our customers. We are the largest facility in Syracuse, New York, and no one can tamper with products after they've been processed. We strive to maintain good relationships with all clients.
