CML was established in 2013 as Southeast Virginia’s first post-industrial plastic scrap recovery center. Owner, Chris Ovide began operations as a sort facility for the brokerage of plastic scrap and has since transformed the business into a multi-layer recycling and biodegradable packaging facility including: toll-grinding, extrusion and metal removal. CML has partnered with two international companies to create a quality, focus driven process all the while providing superior service and returns to our partners.
