CMB Erectors was founded in August of 2016 by Clinton Benn after recognizing a gap in the industry for medium-sized metal building projects that required the same quality, safety, and diligence as larger builds.

Upon researching and watching the industry, Clinton determined this was a viable opportunity to create CMBE with the focus of servicing clients who require buildings that are between 5,000 sq ft and up to 100,000 sq ft.

Clinton achieved his journeyman status after attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (2014) for The Ironworker – Metal Building System Erecting program and has over ten years in the PEMB erection industry (commercial/industrial).

CMBE is setup as a corporation and operates from two central locations, Brantford Ontario servicing the golden horseshoe and southwestern Ontario and as far east as Kingston and Ottawa (but not limited too) and also out of Edmonton, Alberta servicing Edmonton, Airdrie, Red Deer and as far north as Fort McMurray.

CMBE specializes in new construction of metal building packages ranging from 5000 sqf to 100,000+ sqf.

We have experience erecting buildings for trucking & logistics companies, oilfield service companies, service shops, warehousing facilities, community centres, church construction, arenas, pools and other types of sports facilities, and the agriculture industry.

CMBE also has experience erecting commercial use buildings for medium to large sized contractors providing them with office space for their staff as well as a facility to store sensitive equipment and shop space for fabrication, loading and unloading of trucks, and general yard storage.

We build metal building packages for many different suppliers and are proficient in the systems and details of all the major suppliers including Nucor, Steelway, Robertson/Star, Metallic, Butler, Varco Pruden.
