Coating small & large parts up to 3,000-lbs & sizes up to 17 ft. L x 46 in. W x 36 in. H. Materials include mild steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, die cast zinc & powdered metals. Post treatments include water soluble oil, water displacing oil, rust inhibitor, wax & lacquer. Features include rust & corrosion resistance, dimensional stability, improved lubricity, reduced light glare, no embrittlement & no welding fumes. Secondary services include certification, salt spray testing, hydrogen embrittlement relief baking, mechanical drying, spin drying, heat treating, deburring & pickup & delivery (including packaging, sorting, weight counting & drop shipping). JIT delivery is also available. EPA, RoHs & EU certified.
