Our team includes Professional Engineers, Chemists, Biologists and Information Management experts specializing in Hazardous Materials, Storm Water, Biological Resources and Information Technology.

CJS has been providing Environmental Services, Health and Safety services to private and government entities since its founding in 1999. The corporate office is located in Ventura, California, with regional offices in San Diego, CA; Bloomfield, IN; and Herndon, VA. CJS also provides personnel to support government facilities located in Walla Walla and Auburn, Washington; Port Hueneme, Oakland, Lemoore, and Los Angeles, CA; and Albuquerque, NM. CJS has experience serving various government entities, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Department of Homeland Security, and the Defense Logistics Agency.
