Toll Processing

Our new Red Bud Industries high-speed cut-to-length line allows us to process your material with unsurpassed accuracy and quick lead times. We can level coils as heavy as 10-gauge to your special lengths and packaged to your exact specifications. Red Bud's unique features include length tolerances as tight as +/- .005 and camber compensation to produce exceptionally square sheets.

Oxyfuel Cutting

Our Sector and Linde burning machines allow us to flame cut shapes and sizes base on your requirements. We flame cut plates as light as 3/16 to as heavy as 4".

HOT ROLLED STEEL

Hot rolled sheet steel is typically supplied with no additional processing. It is ideal for applications where critical surface, edges or extreme flatness are not required.

COLD ROLLED STEEL

Cincinnati Steel Products Co. recommends cold rolled steel for highly engineered end-use products where tight control of thickness, shape, width and surface finish are required.Cold reducing coils of hot-rolled pickled steel, then annealing (heat treating to high temperatures) make the sheet thinner and leads to a refinement of the steel and gives the steel very desirable and unique forming properties. Attributes include high formability, deep drawability, high strength, high dent resistance, good magnetic properties, enamelability, and paintability.
