Our Company History Andy and Patsy Delph purchased Phoenix-based Central Bindery Company (CBC) in 1984. At the time, 12 employees served customers from the 12,000-square-foot facility.

With the support and trust of its growing clientele, Central Bindery was able to expand to 20,000 square feet in 1988. We expanded again in 1995 by purchasing adjacent land, adding 16,500 square feet and adding our scrap paper recycling system and our high speed perfect binder. Central Bindery now employs 65 people working two shifts in a 36,500 square foot facility.

We are a family-owned business, and we consider our employees, our most important asset, as part of our family. As a client, you too are included in the clan.

Every year, Central Bindery donates 1/2% of its sales to worthwhile causes. As we make money from our society, it is our duty to give back a portion to those less fortunate. Charities we donate to include ASU West, Hillsdale College, Agua Fria Food Bank, Salvation Army, Boy Scouts of America, Crisis Nursery, St. Mary's Food Bank, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Ducks Unlimited, and others.
