DESCRIPTION:

Formed for the purpose of extracting materials from known precious metal deposits with the intent to either sell the raw materials or to process the Silver and Gold and sell to the open market.

Cedar Canyon Mining Corp.(the "Company”) is a Washington based corporation that will excavate raw ore materials from leased and private mines within Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado and California. The Company was founded by a Joint Venture between CGrowth Capital Inc (CGRA), MRJ Resources LLC a Washington Corporation and Cedar Canyon Mining Corp. of Washington, USA.

MRJ Resources LLC is a privately held company with assets in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, California consisting of 7,500,000 tons of raw ore, containing significant amounts of silver and gold. Also holding undisclosed amounts of unrealized reserve assets, this plan incorporates 9 federal mining claims, 40 acres of privately owned land surrounded by approximately 1000 acres of BLM land with multiple mining resources and a vast amount of historical mining waste rock and materials.

HISTORY:

The Company was founded by CGrowth Capital Inc of Delaware and MRJ Resources LLC of Washington.

 Cedar Canyon Mining Corp. has existing relationships with the owners of historically producing mines. In addition to Silver, the properties contain other precious metals such as gold, copper, zinc, lead and other large amounts of many precious minerals. New recovery technologies increase the net production of precious metals from mining operations.

The Company is aware that the price of Silver has increased dramatically over the last five years and is projected to steadily increase in the years to come. Despite the lack of extensive subterrainian geophysical research of silver and gold reserve volume, there is ONE basic requirement which is present in the following project - Surface Indicators. They do not replace a geophysical study, but they GUARANTEE that high grade silver reserve is available even without the research report. These surface indicators include: Area with many artisanal sites (active and abandoned) within the subterranean rights. Many exposed veins visible on the surface, offers easy
access Ore bodies.

Historical Geological reports identifying several targets within the subterranean site. There are over 750,000 tons of surface materials containing silver and gold which will be processed and is the initial target of operations. There are over 5000 acres of BLM land with many different mining locations just in the Cedar Canyon Mining District alone and many others.

Cedar Canyon Mining's Intention is to utilize current green processes that will be closed loop and have a minimal impact on the environment or none at all. We are currently investigating several different options.
