The raw material, consisting of waste paper and the recovery of packaging coming, in general, respectively from separate collection and commercial activities, arrives at the plant packed on trucks or loose and is deposited on the storage areas.

The waste paper is conveyed by means of a conveyor belt to a pulper, which through the use of water, carries out a first rough separation of the foreign bodies present and reduces the paper into a pulp which is collected in a first tank. acceptance (vat of pulper). The pulp then undergoes a second stage cleaning (removal of foreign bodies) and a diversification treatment (short fibers / long fibers), refining and new mixing, depending on the characteristics required by the final product.

The paste is sent, after dilution, to the headbox which feeds the paper machine. The mixture is distributed evenly on the formation board composed of a draining cloth to form the sheet.
After an initial dripping with natural drainage and subsequent forced drainage from vacuum suction boxes, the sheet obtained is subjected to a first drying through a suction cylinder (under vacuum) and then passes through two sets of presses equipped with a synthetic suction filter (felt) which lead the drying to about 50% of dryness. All the water separated from the paste is accumulated in a collection tank and reintroduced into the cycle after being clarified and filtered.
