The Bonino paper mill, a leader in the paper converting sector for years, has always stood out for its particular customer care, the quality of its products and the paper processing processes.

The production and transformation of the paper mill passes from the creation of bags of various types and sizes, to the production of paper in. In order to meet the continuous requests of the customer, constant updates have been adopted over the years both in the quality of the machinery used and in the processing techniques.

Highly automated machines are used for the production of the bags, which allow rapid creation of the finished product. The bag will have a double printing surface, an internal one for product traceability, required by current legislation, and an external one.

Three different types of machines are used for the production of coils.

One deals with the rewinding of paper on reels, another model with the rewinding and cutting of the paper and yet another with processing the reels to produce paper in.

Two different machines are dedicated to the production of format paper. The first manages 8 reels and creates a package of 8 stacked and ready-to-use sheets by cutting, the second allows the creation of 12-sheet packages via 12 reels.

Both machines can produce sheets of various sizes, with a respective maximum width of 1.70 meters and 1.25 meters and a respective maximum length of 1.90 meters and 2.70 meters.
