Conrad Carlson, a Swedish Immigrant, founded Carlson Sheet Metal Works, Inc. in 1946 as a HVAC company installing residential ductwork. My grandfather, Dan (Bud) Fair, bought the company in the 1950's where his two sons worked for him. Roy Fair, my father, took over the day-to-day operation of the company when Bud retired in the late 1980's. Today I am the president of Carlson Sheet Metal Works, Inc. and my name is Brian Fair. Our company today, works in all the areas of metal, architectural sheet metal, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, carbon steel and many other specialty metals. With over 70 years of experience in our industry, we pride ourselves in being able to work in all these areas and many more.
