Cardinal MetalWorks is an ISO 9001:2015 registered company that provides precision sheet metal fabricating services using the most technologically advanced equipment available in the world today. We provide fast delivery of both prototypes and production orders with utilization of light-out automation and other integrated manufacturing solutions.

Engineering

Engineering is performed using SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling software and our programmers use TruTOPS 100, 600 and Radan to generate code for our CNC Punches, Press Brakes, and Lasers.

We accept electronic files in many formats including 3D model files: SAT, STP, IGES and Inventor files as well as 2D model files: DXF or DWG.

Production

Production operations are controlled through the use of MIETrak Shop Management software. MIETrak features real time data collection providing labor and material cost at each stage of the production process. The analysis of labor and material production costs assures accurate and competitive pricing.
