Camden Environmental has focused on recycling construction, demolition and utilities waste, for resupply to the Construction, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure industries.
What we do
Based on a 25-acre site off the North Circular Road, (A406) in North East London, Camden Environmental accepts recyclable waste from construction and demolition sites, and from road-building projects across London, the South East and the Home Counties.
Acceptable waste material is processed on site by way of sorting, crushing, screening and segregating, to create recycled aggregates and soils. Ourrecycled products are then used in Construction, Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects, in and around London and the Home Counties.
Some of the Capital’s most prestigious buildings, roads, walkways and other projects have been created using recycled aggregates supplied by Camden Environmental. Projects have included contracts for the Kings Cross Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Heathrow Terminal 5 and more recently the M25 road widening.
Our operation handles approximately 400,000 tons of waste each year – which works out to around10% of London’s CDE, (Construction, Demolition and Excavation) waste.
