Michael was previously involved with Callander Earthmoving, a business which was operated by his family for over 20 years.Michael is a highly skilled and experienced Diesel Fitter and the family contracting business provided him with exposure to a wide range of equipment and an opportunity to learn how to efficiently move dirt.Melissa has a background in retail trade and has lived in the mining areas of the Bowen Basin her entire life. She has a thorough understanding of mining trades, and when coupled with her knowledge of Bowen Basin operations, gives Callcorr an edge in the Labour Hire division of the business.
