RESIDENTAL RECYCLING

When will my item get picked up?
If you received a dated mailer and called or texted your address, then we will be there that date of the mailer or within in 1 to 2 days after.

Missed our pick up:

If our driver misses your location, then for 2 reasons why it was missed. If you did not complete your name and address on the document like requested, or the driver DID NOT see the mailer from the street. We will not step on your property unless we see the mailer.

Request help on recycling pick up:
If you called and requested an indoor, heavy item pick up please make sure to tell our dispatch you will need help. You will still need to place the mailer outside for the driver too see.

Gated property:

If you live in a gated location, please provide an gate code so we can enter. If we do not have the correct gate code, we cannot return if your pick up is missed.

Neighbor received mailed but you did't:

The local post office who delivered the mailer may or may not have you on there delivery location. We do all cities at a time, but sometimes the USPS make a mistake. You can call and still request for us to stop by.

Why don't you take Kitchen Appliances:

The Ewaste recycling program with the State of California only provides us with a refund on your TV's, LCD Monitors, Plasma TV's and any item with a 4 inches or larger screen. They do not offer a refund for kitchen items so we do not offer to take them. We do take all other computer related items as a courtesy. You should call your local 311 and ask them about kitchen items. Do not leave them out, we will NOT take them.
