C&H Machine is a “contract” or “job shop” manufacturing facility located in Escondido, California.  We manufacture parts in a variety of sectors including the Electronic, Aerospace, Medical, Defense, Athletic, and Commercial industries.  The bulk of our work is done with milling, turning, and Wire EDM.  We also perform welding, brazing, and assembly. The majority of our sales originate in San Diego and Orange Counties but we also service Customers throughout the United States with a small percentage of export.

C&H continuously invests heavily into Employee training and improved technology. We are always adding new advanced machines to our fleet. Our continual upgrading of equipment reduces set-up times while making it easier to accomplish the tighter tolerances required by our Customers.

Our partnership with SEA (Supplier Excellence Alliance) continues to pay off with improvements in quality and on-time delivery.  Our focus on CPI (Continuous Process Improvement) has been the key to both Customer and Employee Satisfaction and allows us to remain profitable in a challenging economy.
