The beginning of the activity in the field of waste recycling was with the REDOMA equipment for cable recycling, which necessarily led us to the electrostatic metal-plastic separator from HAMOS for the recovery of fine copper resulting from cable recycling. The next step was the plastic-plastic separation, a separation that was used in Timișoara to recover clean PVC from thermopan carpentry waste or in Buzău to separate ABS, PS from an extremely wide range of non-metallic waste generated by the recycling of DEEE- uri.

These separation activities also required optical sorting (white PVC from black rubber), but the same optical sorter can separate healthy seeds from degraded ones, being the first step in the agricultural area.

As the number of partners in the waste management industry increased, the involvement in the agricultural and food sphere also increased. Thus, the compost turning machines from BACKHUS are equally useful in the management of municipal waste but also for the production of a very good quality fertilizer.

At the moment, the number of such equipment and uses has increased a lot, the latest innovation being for the transformation of sludge from sewage treatment plants into very good quality compost, but also the transformation into biogas of biodegradable municipal or agricultural waste.

Only in appearance it seems to be about different industries, in reality it is about the exploitation of resources under the conditions of sustainable development, an absolutely necessary direction for a healthy development of society.
