At Burnell’s, our respect for our industry and for our customers is expressed in the integrity and quality of our products and services.

Every piece of jewelry is examined by our gemologists for its quality of craftsmanship and the quality of the stones. If either is lacking it is returned to the designer. Likewise, diamonds are studied to confirm the grade. Unfortunately, diamond grading reports we receive aren’t always accurate, so our gemologists assesses each diamond and creates a report, so that our customers can know exactly what they are purchasing.
