WHO WE ARE

Buckey Disposal is a family-owned waste management company located in Belle Valley, Ohio. With nearly 50 years of experience, we’ve developed long-standing relationships with our customers and communities.

In 1975, based out of Ava, Ohio, Mike Buckey established a new trash disposal company focused primarily on residential customers. After nearly 3 years in a part time capacity, he began working full-time with one packer truck and the assistance and support of his brother, Dale Buckey. Over the next 10 years, Mike continued to add additional employees, trucks and equipment while expanding into neighboring Guernsey County. In 1990, he expanded by acquiring the former Noble Sanitation.
