Brass & Silver Traditions was established in May 2005 as an independent division of a retail church supply company, which was established in 1986 and has been on the Internet since 1997.

We strive to provide the highest level of personalized customer service. Our philosophy is to only offer the type of service that we love to receive ourselves. Our mission is to provide the best possible service and highest quality merchandise at reasonable prices. To that end, we answer all inquiries promptly and personally, and hand inspect each and every item we sell prior to shipping. We are a very small, privately owned company.

Our specialties are Colonial style candle lighting and home decor, and replacement hurricane glass. Many of our products were formerly produced by Virginia Metalcrafters and Baldwin Brass when they were still operating. While these items now carry the Brass & Silver Traditions brand name, they are still produced in the same factory that was used by both VM and Baldwin. We have worked hard to develop a broad product line, still specializing in Early American decor, while adding contemporary designs to our inventory. We are proud of the resulting diversity of our product line, and encourage feedback from our customers regarding merchandise you would like to see us carry. Also, we can design and produce custom glass and metal pieces to your specifications - minimum quantities required. 

Each brass and plated item from Brass and Silver Traditions, whether a brass candle holder, silver wall sconce, or hurricane lamp is hand inspected prior to shipping, and is then carefully wrapped in a delicate layer of non-abrasive, sulfur free, tarnish-resistant tissue, placed in a plastic bag, wrapped in heavy paper or felt bag, and then packaged in individual boxes.
