The history of our company

Our company history begins in 1919. Julius Borowski lays the foundation stone for today's corporate activities in East Prussia. After the Second World War, reconstruction work is carried out together with son-in-law Herbert Hopp. A scrap and raw materials company is established in Bad Oldesloe.

In 1951, the company, which was re-established after the war, made its first “courageous” investment. A three-wheel Tempo transport and delivery van with a loading platform - the first vehicle in our fleet. In this way, the raw materials could be effectively collected and transported.

It is the nucleus for the development of the medium-sized group of companies. In 1966, Werner Hopp, the third generation of the family, joins the company.

With the purchase of large scissors in 1969, the company began developing into one of the leading recycling companies in Northern Germany. A container service is being set up. The company is thus strengthening its competitive position and is one of the first container services in Schleswig-Holstein. With more than 1500 roll-off containers and skips today, an optimal transport container can be selected for every type of use.

The special vehicle fleet grows to more than 30 commercial vehicles and the range of services is supplemented by demolition and dismantling activities. More than 50 motivated employees form a high-performance team.

We have been meeting all future requirements for modern waste disposal companies and reliable waste disposal partners since 1996. We are certified as a waste management company, as a dismantling company for end-of-life vehicles, as a first handler according to ElektoG and DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008. This guarantees you regular work processes as well as the highest level of disposal quality and safety.
