Borough Green Sand Pits Ltd is one of the largest independently owned construction material suppliers and inert tip operators in Kent. Our business is based upon acting responsibly, delivering quality and building long term relationships.
Our History
The Borough Green Sand Pit was first quarried in the 1940s providing building and silica sands to the local Kent market.
In 2002, the quarry was acquired by the current owner and extraction of sands continues to this day.
In 2005, permission was granted to operate an inert landfill on the existing site.
In 2014 an inert land raising operation was acquired at West Hythe
