We are a company specialized in asbestos abatement, as well as in the management of common waste. Our goal is to offer our customers the peace of mind of a turnkey service, freeing it from the many bureaucratic and operational aspects. Our team is, in fact, able to best manage all phases of asbestos abatement: from analysis, to monitoring, to removal, encapsulation and confinement, up to carrying out the procedures required by law.

Bonifiche Laziali Srl is an Italian company with over 18 years of experience in the field of reclamation, mainly of asbestos.

Asbestos (commonly known as “eternit”) has been classified as highly dangerous to people's health and the environment. For this reason, according to Italian law, the directives provide for interventions that eliminate these risks, with dedicated works for the removal, treatment and final disposal of the asbestos, according to precise procedures well defined by the legislation.

Our company, thanks to highly qualified technicians, carries out risk assessments relating to asbestos in buildings, operational and administrative control and maintenance procedures, to be implemented in order to safeguard people's health and the definition and certification of remediation plans. and control that are economically effective and in line with current regulations on the matter (DM 06/09/1994, Legislative Decree 81/2008, Law 257/1992).

Remediation of asbestos is a difficult and delicate task, which should only be entrusted to companies registered in the National Register of Environmental Managers, equipped with qualified and authorized personnel, capable of operating in full compliance with the regulations.

The intervention takes place after a timely and accurate preliminary inspection, entirely free of charge, on the construction site/production site. One of our specialized technicians takes a sample to be analyzed at authorized laboratories for waste classification; where requested and/or necessary, preliminary investigations may also include Environmental Monitoring for Risk Assessment (legal obligation DL 81/08 and Ministerial Decree 06/06/1994 ). After careful consultation we develop a detailed and precise estimate, guaranteeing highly competitive prices.
