BGM is a highly diversified manufacturer with exposure to a great diversity of customers and industries. The business is organized primarily around machining, assembly and sorting activities. With a large part of the facility dedicated to CNC machining including some large mills, and lathes you would be forgiven for thinking this is what BGM primarily does. But in fact machining is only 1/3 or our business.

BGM is a full service contract manufacturer. We can lift and run equipment from our customer's facilities and install it on our floor and then train our own people to run the equipment to meet orders. This allows customers to free up floor space for new projects. BGM will take on the maintenance and materials purchase if necessary so that the customer is completely free of the need to manage the machine at all and can look at the products we supply as purchased parts. This service includes custom made assembly machines, welding, forming, drilling and other specialized production processes.In addition BGM can set up hand assembly operations, again handling the training and materials purchasing so that the customer is completely free of the need to manage the production process.Contract manufacturers specializing in CNC machining as well as, MIG, TIG and resistance welding. We are accomplished electromechanical assemblers for sub-assemblies and complete products. We offer complete warehousing and fulfillment operations. We are able to lift processes from customers' facilities and operate them in our plant or establish stand alone facilities for a customer.Lean manufacturing capable and ISO 9001:2008 certified custom manufacturer of precision machined parts, welded parts/components and assemblies. Materials handled include aluminum, brass, copper, iron, steel, mild steel, alloyed steel, stainless steel, phenol, Delrin, nylon and plastics. Products such as machined castings and forgings, spindles, pistons, pipes, threaded parts and welded products are available. Capabilities include CAD/CAM design engineering, on-site process management, plasma cutting, brazing, soldering, grooving, tooling, heat-treating, plating, painting and anodizing. Welding, machining, assembling, warehousing and fulfillment services are available.
