Black Rose Steel and Trading (Black Rose) was founded by Ann Hacker in 1990 to fill an industry need for low priced surplus steel, mill overruns and seconds in the Southern United States.  Ms. Hacker, a St. Louis native, relocated to Texas in 1980 where she soon found herself working for a large steel supply company.Quickly Ann moved into management and subsequently served successfully for 10 years working for several local and national steel companies.
