Black box engineering was formed in early 2009 in logan, utah and is privately held by key managers and its founder, zac humes.  Black box has been solving complex problems for customers all over the united states on projects ranging from hundreds of dollars to $12 million.  Black box has closely integrated with a variety of companies as an extension of their technical and production teams. black box has a small and capable team focused on maintaining a culture of teamwork and customer service. Black box has provided support to its customers in many ways, including turn-key design/build of integrated systems based on customer process designs. Customers know the design team draws from experiences across many industries and applies good engineering and design practices for their benefit. The black box team includes licensed engineers, technicians, designers, programmers, electricians, project managers, certified welders, mechanical assemblers, electrical assemblers, machinists, sand blasters, powder coaters and administrative staff.
