We are a Medical Waste Management Service that also sells disposable medical products that started in 2009. Biotran was started in order to allow companies to have control over their medical waste disposal without automated contract price increases or long term rollovers. We allow our clients the freedom to manage their own accounts online and make changes to fit their company needs. We also offer OSHA safety compliance training with an onsite/in-office certified professional in work place safety and Blood Borne Pathogens. After a decade of serving the state of Georgia, we have helped more then 1,000 business get control of their medical waste management within their company.

Biotran is also capable of passing along available resources that interpret and enforce government ordinances and regulations determining the who, what, when, and how of biomedical waste, free of charge. Good business to us is not charging our clients for information that we obtain without purchase.

The founders of Biotran, Inc. have over 10 years of experience in the biomedical waste industry and Pharmaceutical Returns industry.

The ownership is comprised of finance, business, and engineering degrees that consult with a board of advisors to ensure a premier level of compliance with all regulating entities and maintain a competitive edge.

Biotran, Inc. encourages the same level of professional behavior for our employees that the general public requires of our clients. Biotran, Inc. consists of Hazmat trained employees that comply with the companies strict OSHA programs that are continually reassessed to ensure the safety of our employees and our clients. Therefore, our field representatives and management team are trained professionals, not just truck drivers, working within your professional environment.

The management has developed a rapport with the governing bodies (EPA, DOT, OSHA, etc…) while working for some of Biotran’s competitors, and they are excited to supply a higher level of service to the industry through Biotran. Biotran was incorporated in the state of Georgia and obtained its business license in November of 2008 after completing a business review by the Northeast Georgia Regional Development Center. Biotran, Inc. has been reviewed by the DRI of Northeast Georgia under #1944 at www.negplanning.org/dri/search.

Biotran, Inc. is permitted by the Georgia Environmental Protection Division to collect and transport biomedical waste. The business license resides in Unincorporated Newton County with the corporate office in Snellville, Ga. The service began in Georgia in January of 2009 and there are plans to expand into other states, as the ownership seeks methods of disposing waste that are a lot more environmentally conscious.”
